Step by Step Instructions

Open one of the foil packets.With dry hands remove the Strip.Peel off the Strips from the backing liner.

Dry the the teeth. Using a mirror, apply the upper strip with the sticky side against your teeth. Line up with edge of the gum and press into place, gently mould the Strip securely to the teeth and fold the remaining Strip behind the teeth. Repeat with the lower strip.

After 30 minutes remove the strips
